One of the spokespersons of the sports animation “Free!” is celebrating its 10day Anniversary this year. To celebrate this occasion, it was confirmed last year that the series will hold a show titled “Free! 10th Anniversary – Summer Memories -“.
The event is scheduled to take place in Saitama on August 13th, with the festival eve taking place on August 12th. To promote and hype the anniversary event, the anime crew has just released official visuals showing off the main characters, as well as the series’ mascot.
free! The original animation project started in 2013, by the famous kyoto animationThe series has subsequently received multiple animated seasons and films since its first season was a hit while it was still in progress.
The story itself begins with a group of young swimmers named Haruka, Nagisa and Makoto who decide to form Iwatobi High School Swimming Club And aim to enter and ultimately win swimming competitions.
