Rapper and hip-hop artist Khor Chuol, also known as KC, died in Juba on Monday, according to multiple reports.
Famous hip-hop singer Khor Chuol aka KC from South Sudan died young. The hardcore rapper, whose real name was Khor Chuol, battled illness for years before his death.
KC rose to fame with hits in his native language before fading into obscurity. Social media has been flooded with condolences from fans and fellow musicians.
CDE.Manna Yam Tweeting about KC’s death, he said,
“Brother Khor Chuol Aka KC rest in peace, you were a great singer and your passing is a great loss to the SSD music industry #SSOT”
Who is Khor Chuol?
Khor Chuol is one of the super talented musicians among Naath musicians. His songs are full of messages and he is known for his unique style. His songs are educational in his own creative style.
He is also known as KC Gatnyadak Duar in Naath Hip Hop circles. KC is a talented musical artist with a lot of talent. After being addicted to drugs and alcohol, he was dormant in the music industry.
The cause of Khor Chuol’s death was illness. He fell ill and suffered for years before passing away on March 13, 2023.
Several artists announced his death on social media. Famous South Sudanese music legend K-Denk WangNath shared the news saying,
“Today we lost one of the greatest talents who graced the music scene in the local hip hop scene. KC is the true definition of hardcore rap in this country and in 𝗡𝘂𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲. May he rest in eternal happiness.
KC and I disagreed on many things, including his drug and alcohol abuse, which forced me to withdraw my support for him 4 years ago.
Several people have been reaching out to me over the last 3 years to help them save KC, they are asking me for help based on money, but I refuse to give me money that way.

However, I believe those people took him to his early burial site. His death was well supported by scientific evidence, the only difference was the promoters who were trying to get him on the show or show, giving him a platform to show his dreams was the most effective way to distract him.
