A video circulating on social media showed him trying to haggle at a tomato stand with a businessman who seemed happy to see him.

Sanwo-Olu caught the attention of other sellers and buyers, and many gathered around him, some saluting him in Yoruba.

However, the governor is protected by his security personnel, who are on high alert as they prevent close encounters.
