With its chalk cliffs and emerald green meadows, France’s Normandy region offers stunning scenery and iconic local produce. It is on this unique site that cider producer Guillaume Capelle grows the local fruit apples for his world-famous Calvados brandy. Meanwhile, Pierre Marie is hoping for a good season for scallops—another Normandy icon, along with Isigny butter and caramel. To bring the latter two back to life, dairy farmer Pierre Aubril takes care of his Normandy cows, which produce up to 1,200 liters of 100% organic milk per day.
