Pop singer Skales has finally settled his longstanding grievance with Afrobeats superstar Wizkid.
Recall that the two fought each other on the Weibo platform Twitter in 2015.
The feud started when a Twitter user asked him and wizkid when he and wizkid would be releasing a song together during a Q&A with fans on Twitter.
Skales said at the time that WizKid was too busy for him.
In a recent interview with Echo Room, Skales revealed he meant it as a joke, but the singer misunderstood it.
He revealed that his friend called to tell him that WizKid was cursing his father on Twitter.
Scalise said the response on his account at the time wasn’t even his own, but the woman he was dating at the time.
He added that he felt insulted by the whole thing, but attributing it to WizKid was probably in a bad mood at the time.
